depending on the area of the procedure and specific technique used a cosmetic tattoo can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years
many factors go into the results of a cosmetic tattoo, including the individual’s skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare
-
Permanent makeup will fade naturally into a softer version of itself if taken care of properly. The color should not turn undertones and should fade off into a lighter color. The longer you wait in between annual touchups the better. Protecting your tattoo from sun exposure, exfoliants, chemicals, etc will keep your cosmetic tattoo safe for the best results. If you do not come back for an annual touchup, the cosmetic tattoo should eventually fade almost completely away. I make sure to not overwork the skin to ensure the results will stay their best for the next 10 years, not just until your next touchup. Cosmetic tattooing is the epitome of the slow game.
-
In short, no. A local organic anesthetic is placed on the skin for our client’s utmost comfort. I personally take the comfort of my clients into immense consideration. Zensa numbing cream is my personal favorite numbing cream. It provides safe ingredients and quality 5% lidocaine. I typically numb for a full 20 minutes or more depending on the procedure area and service being performed. Cosmetic Tattooing is done with a very light touch, there should be little to no pain involved with a procedure.
-
No. Most cosmetic tattoos call for 2 appointments spaced enough time apart for the skin to properly heal and we can safely build up the pigment to the desired result. I keep the follow-up appointment a separate charge because 10% of people do not need a touch-up. I believe in doing business with integrity and will not charge anyone for something they do not need. I believe in fair pricing and transparency.
-
Normal. There is an idea that you leave your appointment looking crazy. There might be some redness, but in general, your brows will just look “done” and slightly shiny because of the aftercare cream.
CLIENT LOVE
“I can't even put into words the magic Katelyn works. She the BEST in the eyebrow game.” I've never felt such confidence and beauty in my brows before meeting Katelyn. I met her in 2021 and have drove 2 hours each time and now flying from WA state to see her. She gave me natural eyebrows that l'd been wanting forever. She's precise, patient and beyond accurate for what looks the best on each person. She's also the most genuine, honest and loving. I trust her with my life and so should you. If you're looking for the perfect eyebrows she is the person you need.
